CLEAN UP AUSTRALIA DAY FUN

SACE Airlie Beach student, Fernando and teacher, Jane jumped at the opportunity to participate in a recent community event - ‘Clean Up Australia Day’.

Jane, Fernando and a group of locals sailed to a nearby tropical Island as their  designated area to clean. Jane said the job was an easy one as the beach was in
pristine condition. Afterwards they were able to relax with a picnic lunch and
swim. Fernando is an avid sailor and is always keen to join in community events.

IELTS TESTING FOR THE WHITSUNDAYS

Whitsundays College of English students now have the option to sit their IELTS Examination in nearby Mackay. This examination location is only available to students from the Whitsundays.

STUDY TOURS

The NEW High School Study Tour Programme has created great interest. The programme is designed for both high school groups and individuals with set entry dates throughout the year to accommodate summer holidays in a variety of countries.

The Programme includes English lessons, Australian high school integration and a variety of social excursions and tours. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to meet new Australian and International friends while improving their English skills.
